There are plans to pull the same stunt as the New Yorkers , but in Union Station on June 27, 2008 at 5:30 pm (right in rush hour!). There's a facebook group all about it (try searching for Nathan Phillips Square Freeze 2008 if you can't find it...), and so far, they've got roughly 200-ish people who plan to be there already. “Someone” is.
